Get ready to score big with National School Breakfast Week! To encourage more families to take advantage of the healthy choices available with school breakfast, Luling ISD will celebrate March 8-12, 2021. Each day students will be offered awesome breakfast choices, and they will learn fun facts about why eating breakfast is so important before the start of the school day. Primary & Elementary school students will receive a daily prize. Jr. High/High School students will have a chance to win a 'lit' prize if they eat with us all this week, punch cards are distributed in the morning at breakfast.

Luling Primary and Shanklin Elementary students continue to work on earning the No Place for Hate designation this school year! Luling Primary is working on creating a Tree of Respect that is made out of hand cutouts with student drawings about respect. Shanklin Elementary will be working on Peace Paths. A Peace Path is a conflict resolution tool that helps students come up with solutions by using problem-solving principles.
