To encourage more students to eat breakfast, Shanklin launched a Grab & Go breakfast opportunity. Two hundred ninety students grabbed breakfast from the cart this morning!

We are aware of the presence of bees at the football stadium and understand your concerns. While the district is taking steps to address the issue as effectively as possible, the stadium is outdoors so unfortunately we can not guarantee the complete eradication of the bees.
We ask everyone to remain cautious and aware of your surroundings when attending events at the stadium. Please avoid areas where bees may be more active, and if you have allergies, take extra precautions.

Brace yourselves: It's that time again... the weekly breakfast and lunch menu drop! Will it be a glorious pancake day or another Taco Tuesday? Only time (and the cafeteria) will tell. Stay hungry, my friends.

In partnership with local law enforcement, Luling schools are being used this weekend for important officer training on active shooter scenarios. Training in a school setting is crucial as it allows for practicing real-life scenarios, ensuring better preparedness to respond swiftly and effectively to protect students and staff in the event of an emergency. Safety is our top priority.

October is Fentanyl Awareness Month.
Fentanyl is a serious threat to our children’s safety. Educate yourself about the risks and signs of fentanyl use and have conversations with your kids about the dangers of this deadly opioid. Your awareness can make all the difference.
