A big thank you to the Hillview Foundation for their generous donation that will allow us to purchase new salon chairs for our High School Cosmetology/Barbering salon!
Cosmetology continues to be one of our most popular CTE pathways, with 51 students currently enrolled in these courses. Hillview has been instrumental in making this program possible—from providing the initial funding to build and equip the salon to now helping us refresh and update it for our students.
We are grateful for this continued partnership that helps prepare, empower, and inspire our students for careers beyond graduation. 💚

Our LHS Key Club students continue to make a huge impact in our community through service projects and volunteer hours all year long. From supporting local events to lending a helping hand wherever needed, this group embodies what it means to serve others.
This weekend they brought a sweet treat to the Youth Grill Off—hand-churned vanilla ice cream, made the old-school way, and shared free samples with the crowd!

San Antonio ISD has cancelled tonight’s varsity football game. We will work to reschedule any special events that were planned for tonight’s game. We are in communication with HomeTown Ticketing on advance purchased tickets and will share that information when we have it.

Carlin Liborio worked alongside our elementary RLA teachers today, diving into ECR scoring, revising, and editing. Neighboring districts also joined in the learning today, making it an even richer experience of shared strategies and collaboration to support student growth in reading and writing! #LulingLearns

The Luling High School marching band is hard at work, practicing their amazing show with energy and precision. Each day, the sound of drums, brass, and woodwinds fills the air as the students perfect every step and note while the color guard flags fly high in the air. Their commitment and passion are evident in every rehearsal, promising a standout performance that will leave the crowd cheering.
The Student Council Homecoming Charity Drive was a huge success! Students, staff, and community members donated 4,766 lbs / 5,700+ items to the Luling Food Pantry! It took 5 vehicle loads to deliver it all, and the Food Pantry was so thankful and excited! 💚
From personal narratives and introduction letters to factoring , our 3rd–5th graders are hard at work and absolutely crushing it! 💚
