These students are truly putting in the work. Practice began with warm-ups and quickly moved into a full dress rehearsal. The dedication and preparation on display were incredible to watch. The memorization, the acting, the emotion — it’s real, and it’s impressive.

Honoring Shirley Chisholm this Black History Month — a fearless leader who broke barriers and reminded us: “If they don’t give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair.” Her courage continues to inspire generations. 💚
We’re excited to introduce Hygiene Closets at every Luling ISD campus to support student well-being and readiness to learn.

One of our favorite traditions is delivering breakfast to our amazing counselors as a small thank you for the big impact they make every day. We are so grateful for their care, and support to our students!

Yesterday our HS Counselors led a powerful presentation on teen dating violence.
They shared valuable resources, real-life examples, and even engaged participants in an interactive activity identifying green, yellow, and red flags in dating relationships. The turnout said it all — standing room only.
And how fitting that this impactful work happened during Counselor Appreciation Week. We are so grateful for the care our counselors show our students every single day.

We will operate on a normal schedule tomorrow. Roads and routes have been assessed and are safe; however, temperatures will be colder than normal. Please be sure students are dressed appropriately for the weather as they head to school. All campuses will be open at 7:15am for students to wait inside.
