Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176.003 requires vendors or potential vendors of the District to fill out and file a Texas Ethics Commission Conflict of Interest Questionnaire IF the person has a business relationship with the District AND:
If neither of these conditions exist, it is NOT necessary to file this form.
IF a form is required, it must be filed with the District's Business Office, and can only be filed by scanning and emailing to email@example.com

This form must be filed no later than the seventh day after the date that the vendor (1) begins contract discussions or negotiations with the district; or (2) submits to the district an application, response to a request for proposals or bids, correspondence, or other writing related to a potential agreement with the District. It is a Class C misdemeanor to fail to file the Conflict of Interest Questionnaire.
