LISD Events Application

Luling ISD Events Application 

All events must be approved by the Superintendent of Schools, before they will be added to the district events calendar. This includes all sport schedules and events, award ceremonies, field trips, band function, parent chats, etc. If the event is not approved and added to the district calendar, it will not be allowed to take place.

Please complete the following application. All fields marked with red asterisk must be completed to submit form. If assistance is needed to complete the following application please contact Lisa Patterson at 830.875.3191 ext 1004.

Please allow two weeks for this application to be processed. Once your event application has been reviewed and processed, the application will be returned to you via district email indicating whether or not your event was approved for addition to the district calendar. In the case of an emergency requiring an event to be held before the two week window, the matter must be discussed with the Superintendent, before it occurs.

FACILITY USE INFORMATION:

The entry key for Facility Use will be picked up the day of the meeting or if the meeting is on a weekend, on Friday (between 8:00 Am and 3:30 PM), at Central Office and will be returned the next business day. All fields marked with red asterisk must be completed to submit form.
 
In an agreement spanning this length of time, Luling ISD will try to avoid meeting conflicts but it does not guarntee that conflicts will not occur. The Luling ISD meeting(s) will take precedence over your scheduled meeting.

 
TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULING INFORMATION FOR UIL EVENTS AND SCHOOL RELATED TRIPS:
 
Bus Transportation is only available for school related functions.
 
All events requiring the use of bus transportation must be filled out at least three (3) weeks in advance for approval. All fields marked with red asterisk must be completed to submit form.
 
UIL Events will take precedence over school field trip events.
 
Transportation will not accept event request earlier than 30-days in advance.
 
If requesting the use of bus driver other than a transportation driver, driver must be Luling ISD Certified Driver.
