Events Application Requesting Use of Bus Transportation

2009-2010 UIL/Field Trip Application 

All events for the 2009-2010 school year must be approved by the Superintendent of Schools, before they will be added to the district events calendar.  This includes all sport schedules and events, award ceremonies, field trips, band function, parent chats, etc.  If the event is not approved and added to the district calendar, it will not be allowed to take place.

TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULING INFORMATION FOR UIL EVENTS AND SCHOOL RELATED TRIPS:

Bus Transportation is only available for school related functions.

All events requiring the use of bus transportation must be filled out at least three (3) weeks in advance for approval.

UIL Events will take precedence over school field trip events.

Transportation will not accept event request earlier than 30-days in advance.

If requesting the use of bus driver other than a transportation driver, driver must be Luling ISD Certified Driver.
